Amy’s ball delight

A LITTLE Sandiway girl is delighted the ball in aid of the charity which supports those with her rare genetic disorder raised £4,500.

Amy Parry, aged nine, of Sandsdown Crescent, has Fanconi Anaemia, a rare, cancer predisposing genetic disorder affecting about 150 families in the UK.

Amy underwent a gruelling treatment process and two life-saving bone marrow transplants.

Her parents, Louise and David, organised a ball at Tatton Park in aid of the charity Fanconi Hope.
