TO CELEBRATE the May Festival at Chester Racecourse, Rob Lloyd Racing has teamed up with The Chester Chronicle to give its readers the chance to become a racehorse owner for the day.
This thrill-seeking package will give the winner the chance to feel the excitement, see the action and with a bit of luck hold the winning trophy for their horse in the winner’s enclosure.
Owning a racehorse is one of the most exhilarating experiences you can imagine and seeing your horse race along the final furlong with a chance of winning is an adrenalin rush like no other.
Your day for becoming a racehorse owner will take place on Friday, May 7, which is Boodles City day at Chester Racecourse, and your racehorse for the day is Secret Millionaire.
Secret Millionaire is a horse stabled at Rob Lloyd Racing Stables and is a three-year-old gelding.
On the morning of your big day you will be invited to Rob Lloyd Racing Stables for a champagne breakfast and a stable tour. You will then make your way with your friend, or partner, where you will spend the day in the owners and trainers enclosure, rubbing shoulders with other owners who will be getting ready for an exhilarating day’s racing.
Like all other racehorse owners, you’ll receive five-star treatment and will be served a delicious a la carte lunch along with champagne and wine as well as the opportunity to place your bets on your race horse for the day, Secret Millionaire.
Win, lose or draw, there is no more special or exciting experience than being a racehorse owner, and should Secret Millionaire win his race you will accompany the jockey and the winning horse in the parade ring to receive the trophy in front of delighted and envious crowds.
Whether it’s the glamour and adrenalin, or simply the whole occasion of seeing racehorses and their jockeys close up, Chester Racecourse offers a truly unique experience that everyone falls in love with and, by becoming a racehorse owner for the day, you’ll see the action through the eyes of the people who make this sport their lives.
Secret Millionaire is stabled at Rob Lloyd Racing, which is based at Haycroft Farm in Spurstow near Tarporley. Nestled between Peckforton Castle and Beeston Castle in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, state-of- the-art stables provide all the latest facilities and refinements dedicated to the comfort, safety and training of your racehorse for the day.
To be in with a chance of winning, answer this simple question:
