A YOUTH has admitted assaulting a young girl in a quarry.
James Andrew Lawrence, 18, of Trevalyn Hall View in Rossett, is charged with assaulting the girl, causing her actual bodily harm, following an incident at Marford Quarry in Pant Lane, Marford, on August 22.
At Mold Crown Court he pleaded guilty to ABH and Judge Nicolas Parry bailed him pending sentence in January.
The judge said that it was a nasty incident but he indicated that he was considering a suspended sentence with conditions.
In the meantime, Lawrence was bail on condition that he lives at his home address, does not contact the girl, and does not enter Marford.
