A VILLAGE hall rocked to the sounds of Wham and Duran Duran as a community celebrated with an 80s party.

Organisers were bowled over as a host of Madonna and Adam AntŠ lookalikes flocked to the lively bash held in Guilden Sutton Village Hall.

The combination of 80s music, wonderful food and fancy dress proved too much too resist for a village celebrating the 25th anniversary of Guilden Sutton Pre-School and raising over £1,100 for Three Peaks Challenge charity, Claire House.

The evening said “good luck” to a team of fundraisers from the village hoping to completing the challenge and raise £7,000 for the hospice.
