THOUSANDS of visitors are expected to pack into Reaseheath College, Nantwich next month when its popular annual festival returns.
A bumper day of family fun will be on offer on Sunday, May 16, with hundreds of activities and displays including a thrilling Wild West display by The Devils Horsemen. Students will also be showcasing their talents in the college’s ‘Reaseheath’s Got Talent’ show.
This year’s programme will also feature Reaseheath sheep racing, a calf show, farmers market, sheep shearing, horse riding displays, tours of the college’s zoo, a climbing wall, ‘have a go’ garden landscaping, floristry displays and bird box making. The youngest visitors will enjoy miniature train rides, face painting and a scarecrow trail.
The crowds will also be able to view many of the new developments which are part of a multi-million pound investment at the campus.
Reaseheath students will take the opportunity to raise money for their RAG (raising and giving) appeal, which in 2010 goes to The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust www.caft.co.uk.
It takes place from 11am until 5pm. Entry is £5 for adults, £4 children and concessions, £15 family and under threes are free.
