Girls took to the high seas to celebrate the end of their school life.

Sixth formers at The Queen’s School took a break from revision and exams to enjoy a final assembly and day of fun themed 'Under the Sea’.

In fancy dress, they enjoyed fun activities including a bouncy slide on the field and an ice cream van.

In accordance with the school tradition, they also played a whole host of pranks and jokes on the staff and girls lower down the school.

At lunchtime, girls joined staff for lunch in the hall where they gave and listened to goodbye speeches.

Outgoing head girl Mareen Zachariah said: “Leavers’ day is a great tradition at Queen’s and something that really keeps us going throughout our revision and exams. I’m grateful to know this amazing bunch of girls.”
