The first apartments at a £50m luxury retirement village in Tattenhall will be officially launched at a public event this month.
The event, held at the new Inspired Villages marketing suite will take place on September 19 and give members of the community the opportunity to find out more about the first 48 apartments that are to be completed by next summer.
A champagne reception will be offered to interested parties as they peruse a scale model of the site on Frog Lane, as well as computer-generated imagery of the new retirement homes.
The scheme offers the over 65s one and two-bedroom homes, a wide range of social and leisure activities and a variety of care packages. A total of 151 apartments will form part of the development and feature facilities including a wellness spa and relaxation pool, gym, shops, restaurants, a bowling green and community space.

The drop-in launch event will take place from 10am – 4pm on Saturday, September 19, in the sales suite at the Inspired Villages site on Frog Lane, Tattenhall, CH3 9DN.
