THREE men have been arrested after a woman was sexually assaulted in Chester city centre.
The 29-year-old victim sustained injuries to her face and body following the assault.
The incident happened in Foregate Street at 3.21am on Sunday.
The woman, who is from Chester, was taken to hospital but has since been released.
Following the assault detectives arrested two men, a 23 year-old from Chester and a 29 year-old from London, as part of the investigation.
They were granted bail until August 17.
Then yesterday detectives made a third arrest – a 20 year-old man from North Wales.
