A CHESTER gentlemen's club has teamed up with a mobile casino operator to stage a fundraising event for Chronicle -backed charity Miles of Smiles.
The Platinum Lounge is working with North Wales based firm Casino 17 to support the charity which takes specially-nominated disabled children to Disneyland Paris.
General manager Nigel Woodhouse, 38, said: 'I'm really looking forward to hosting this event in our club on Saturday, March 18. We felt that the two concepts went hand in hand and foresee a great, fun night ahead.'
Customers will be able to try their luck at the usual casino favourites: roulette, black jack and poker using 'Fun casino dollars'.
The player with the most fun money will win prizes donated by the club.
Miles of Smiles chairman Mick Hughes said: 'We are delighted that another local business is willing to support our local charity.'
