A MEETING is taking place in Tattenhall next week to discuss a proposed housing development.
Arena Housing Association and Tattenhall Parish Council have been working on proposals to deliver 14 high quality, affordable homes off Ravensholme Lane.
A planning application is currently being compiled and they are seeking comments and opinions from local residents.
The event will take place on the evening of Wednesday, July 15 from 5.30pm - 9pm in the Barbour Institute, High Street, Tattenhall.
The proposed scheme will be displayed along with draft elevation treatments.
Members of the Parish Council will be present, along with representatives from Arena Housing Association, McInerney Homes, Mosaic Town Planning and rural housing enabler Phil Addison.
During the evening, there will also be an opportunity to comment on the scheme and the layout of the housing site and the developer is keen to take on board any design ideas which may be put forward.
