FURTHER time was sought to carry out alterations to a detached property.

The application was made at Sequoia, 1 Gardenhurst, Tiverton by Dr Peter Young.

In 2009, Dr Young had approval for a single-storey garden room extension to the two-storey detached property along with a first-floor extension at the front replacing a dormer.

He told planning officers at Cheshire West and Chester Council he was seeking to renew the permission.

Since the original permission, planners suggested there had been no changes to the property and no significant change in local planning policy.

They recommended the application should be approved.
