AN equality and diversity campaign designed to inspire people to be more inclusive was launched last week.
Everybody In includes a number of supportive initiatives that will raise awareness of the challenges and issues affecting individuals and community groups in Vale Royal.
Community groups who provide services to borough residents, many of whom represent race, faith, age, gender, disability and sexual orientation
groups, were invited to the launch at Northwich Memorial Hall and heard Colin Parry, the peace campaigner and driving force behind the Warrington Peace Centre, share his experiences.
Mr Parry, who lost his son Tim when the IRA detonated a bomb in Warrington town centre, said: 'Campaigns such as Everybody In inspire ordinary people in the community to treat each other with fairness and respect.'
