PRINCESS Diana’s former butler and Cheshire resident Paul Burrell will today (Monday, January 14) give evidence at the inquests into the death of the princess and her lover Dodi Fayed.

Diana and Dodi died after a road collision in Paris in 1997 apparently because the driver was drunk and neither was wearing their seat belt, yet Dodi’s father Mohammed claims they were murdered by the establishment.

And Mr Burrell, of High Street, Farndon, had said the Queen had warned him of ‘dark forces’ in a conversation when he told her he was safe-guarding some of Diana’s possessions.

He also put a letter into the public domain written by Diana which expressed fears Prince Charles was planning an accident in her car.

Mr Burrell’s spokesman Steve Dennis said the ex-butler was keeping ‘an open mind’.
