RESIDENTS now have a centre at Kingsway shops providing advice and guidance on council and partner services.
The Newton Community Advice Network – Newton CAN – is a partnership bringing together organisations providing advice, support and services to residents.
Cheshire West and Chester Council, as lead partner in the project, has overseen the refurbishment of the property which has been empty for several years and is now the hub for all the services available.
Partners using the office provide financial, advisory, or support services to residents.
