No flood warnings despite heavy downpours

TORRENTIAL downpours sparked fears of potential flooding in Chester yesterday afternoon (Wednesday).

But the Environment Agency have reassured residents they are not planning to issue any flood warnings, but do advise people to take extra care during the wet weather.
