ANTON Stirret, head of corporate at Chester law firm Hillyer McKeown, has been promoted to partner.
Anton, who studied at Huddersfield University, joined Hillyer McKeown in 2009 from DWF. As head of corporate, Anton undertakes all forms of corporate transactional work including business and company acquisitions, mergers and disposals, as well as corporate finance work and corporate reorganisation.
“I’m extremely pleased to have been made a partner in such a leading firm,” said Anton. “These are exciting times for the firm, with ambitious plans for the years ahead.”
