A FATAL accident involving a motorcycle and an agricultural vehicles has left an Elton man dead.
Cheshire police confirmed that a 45-year-old Elton man riding a blue motorbike died of his injuries after the collision on the junction of the A56 near the M53 roundabout.
The male, who has not been named, was taken to the Countess of Chester hospital this morning (Monday, August 2) but died from his injuries.
North West Ambulance Service confirmed that staff were on stand by at the Countess of Chester hospital after receiving a call from a member of the public at 10.04am.
Police were called to the scene at 10.08am and closed the road so collision investigators can conduct their enquiries, the road is now clear.
