Milking parlour proposed at farm near Chester

PRIOR approval was not required for a new milking parlour at a Green Belt Farm, planners decided.

The determination was sought at The Grange, Aldford Road, Huntington by Mr Frederick Robinson.

Mr Robinson told planning officers at Cheshire West and Chester Council the building would also provide animal handling facilities.

Having considered the requirements, planners recommended that prior approval was not required.

This was accepted by the council.
