DEVA Racing have released shares in an exciting racehorse for 2010.

The grey yearling colt is in training with Tom Dascombe at Michael Owen’s Manor House Stables near Malpas.

This son of Captain Rio is already in training and he will be aimed at races in the spring and he qualifies for the Racing Post £10,000 bonus which will be shared among the owners.

Racing manager Mike Foster said: “It has been an exciting time at Manor House with the arrival of top young trainer, Tom Dascombe.

“Michael Owen has been joined by Andrew Black, the founder of Betfair, and they have made further investment in the stables.

“Manor House will be looking to be represented at all the major meetings in 2010 and Royal Ascot is a major target. We are delighted that Tom has bought us a real nice type to syndicate and he is already working very well on the gallops.

“He is by the leading sire Captain Rio and he has already impressed me with his attitude. He is a good looking horse and grey horses are always popular.”
