A MAN has been left with a broken arm following a assault in Chester in the early hours of Sunday.

At around 1.30am, police were called to the car park by the Waggon and Horses on Western Avenue in Blacon. A group of men attacked two men who had left the pub and were walking across the car park on foot.

A 37-year-old local man sustained a broken arm and required hospital treatment; a second victim received an injury to the mouth.
