A MAN has been left with a broken arm following a serious assault in Chester in the early hours of Sunday.

At around 1.30am, police were called to the car park adjoining the Waggon and Horses on Western Avenue in Blacon.

A group of men attacked two men who had left the pub and were walking across the carpark on foot.

One of the men, a 37-year-old local man, sustained a broken arm and required hospitalisation, a second victim received an injury to the mouth.
