There were no reported injuries when this car collided with a fence in Eccleston yesterday morning (Tuesday, January 5).

Police were called to Rake Lane at 7.50am after receiving reports that a vehicle had collided with the fence.

When they got to the scene they made checks to the car and found nobody inside and no traces of injury.

The owner of the fence has since been traced and notified and the vehicle has now been recovered by the owner.

Sealand Road crash

Police are currently on the scene of a two-vehicle crash on Sealand Road, near the junction of Western Avenue and an ambulance is on its way.

The road does not appear to be blocked but there may be some traffic congestion as emergency crews deal with the accident.
