A SANDSTONE barn surrounded by rolling meadows and woodland with stunning views across Cheshire is home to a newly opened 21st century learning base.
The Successfactory on Harthill Road in Burwardsley “is a truly awesome venue that you will want to come back to time and time again”, according to the enterprise, whose managing director is performance coach Graham Wilson.
Graham has consulted, trained and coached a number of top-level business people in the public and private sector in the UK, Europe and Middle East.
“Being part of the Bolesworth Castle estate we have access to thousands of acres of land giving us total flexibility for a range of tailored events,” said Graham.
The converted barn includes an “Inspiration Room” and space for training and meetings while the centre offers everything from “brain friendly lunches” and monthly teach-ins on topical issues to a ropes course.
It has already helped Great Britain’s women’s basketball squad prepare for the London Olympics in 2012.
The “fantastic views” across the Cheshire Plain provide the perfect backdrop for team building, according to Graham.
Although the majority of the company’s clients are corporate, the firm also welcomes youth groups and charities.
It says the venue is ideal for training programmes, conferences, learning events, activity days, product launches, meetings, and team building days.
