Potential buyers could find their next home in Kelsall or Tarporley.

Properties are still available at new developments in each of the villages.

Homebuilder Taylor Wimpey said 80 per cent of homes at Mulberry Place in Tarporley have been sold.

Their Applewood Green site in Kelsall has also just launched with 89 properties ranging from three to five bedrooms in size.

Taylor Wimpey North West sales manager Stuart Craig said: “Prestigious Cheshire postcodes such as Tarporley provide home owners with countryside living, while being able to easily commute to the city for work.

“We’ve found there to be a real appetite in the area for modern, new homes so Applewood Green has come at the right time.”

Construction on both sites has now finished after Mulberry Place was first launched in January 2014.

Prospective buyers have been invited down to see the homes, with a range of prices to suit people on ‘all stages of the property ladder’.

A £270,000 contribution will help towards education and green space, including an outdoor play area at Applewood Green.
