CHEFS at a Kelsall pub will be putting their fitness levels to the test at a charity pancake race.

Chef Dave Mooney from The Lord Binning has arranged the fundraising initiative to be held on February 21, to raise money for Winsford-based hospice St Luke’s.

Residents and businesses from the area are invited to the pub to try their hand at a makeshift agility course in the scenic grounds of the newly refurbished pub, complete with frying pan and lemons.

The winner or winning team of the pancake race will be awarded a free meal at The Lord Binning, while all participants will receive a complimentary glass of mulled wine.
