THE children from J H Godwin Primary School in Blacon are celebrating after winning the BEV sports trophy for the third consecutive year they are pictured holding their winners’ plate from the Blacon Education Village Community Sports day which was held at Queensway Stadium in Wrexham.

THE children from J H Godwin Primary School in Blacon are celebrating after winning the Blacon Education Village sports trophy for the third consecutive year.

The sports day was held at Queensway Stadium in Wrexham.

All five primary schools from Blacon competed against each other. They thoroughly enjoyed the day and took part with enthusiasm, dedication and determination.

The day was organised by Blacon High School and the young sports leaders were an inspiration to all the younger primary school children.
