As rush hour approaches, we've rounded up the status of the key roads affecting commuters in and around Chester at 4pm on Friday 11 September.
No incidents have been reported on the M56, but there is stop-start traffic on the eastbound carriageway between junction 14 for Hapsford and junction 12 for Runcorn.
For those travelling in Queensferry, there is slow traffic on the A494 between the A548/A550 at Drome Corner and the A550 Gladstone Way, where three lanes merge into two just south of Drome Corner.
Traffic is moving well on the Thelwall Viaduct for those heading up north on the M6.
As for trains, there are minor delays on Arriva Trains Wales services between Chester and Crewe and Chester and Holyhead, but good service on Merseyrail's Wirral line between Chester and Liverpool.
