EVERYTHING from miniature steam train rides to falconry and welly throwing will be at Helsby Family Fun Day on Saturday.
The annual celebration is returning to Helsby Community Sports Club, Chester Road, on Saturday, July 11, from 12pm until late.
Organiser Michelle Pickstock said: “This year’s event is going to be bigger and better than ever before.
“For the first time it will continue later into the day with a children’s entertainer and then adult entertainers too.
“It will cater for anybody of any age. The whole community has got involved, all the primary schools and Helsby High School.”
The event will feature a dog competition hosted by Helsby Puppy School, a fun fair, miniature steam train rides, falconry displays, refreshments and food, sports training, live music and more.
Craft stalls, competitions, games galore as well as everything you can expect from a traditional summer fete.
The fun will continue in to the evening with a hog roast and entertainers.
Admission is 50p and a limited number of stalls are still available.
