It's all Greek for pupils at Ashton Hayes Primary School.
The Year 5 and 6 pupils held a Greek evening to share with parents, friends and family what they have learnt this term.
They also set up stalls to showcase the work they have done during the spring term including literacy, maths, art, language and a well stocked taverna.
Teacher Mr Dominic May said: “Everyone had worked so hard and I was extremely proud of the children for their hard work. They made the evening a success by their terrific organisational skills and every parent went away knowing a lot more about Ancient Greece.
“A massive thank you to all who attended and to the staff, particularly our teaching assistant Mrs Donna Fraser, who helped prepare for the evening.”
