Congratulations go to all of the pupils in Year 11 at Abbey Gate College who achieved a superb set of GCSE results, achieving at, or above, their academic potential.

Particular mention goes to Douglas Connor-Webb, Ben Biggs, Naomi Craig, Tom Gideonse, Sophia Hiley, James Kelly, Henry Meadows, Victoria Vale, Samindi Thenuwara and Patrick Regan who all achieved highly in their GCSE examinations with many A and A* grades.

Headmistress at the Saighton college, Tracy Pollard, praised the efforts of all staff and pupils, saying: “I commend the dedication of the teachers and the efforts of all of those in Year 11.
