HUNDREDS attended Helsby Horn's Mill Primary School’s summer fair and barbecue.
Attractions included welly throwing, face painting and hook a duck at the Denbigh Close school on Saturday, June 27 from 11am.
There was also a sponsored walk from the school for older children and a toddle for the pre-school pupils to raise money for Barnardo’s Children’s Society.
Kirsty Furnival, of Friends of Horn's Mill Primary School, said: “We had a fantastic day at the summer fair, the weather was fabulous and we had a great turnout by the parents and all the teachers who joined in.
“The Barnardo’s Toddle went well and the fair was the most successful we have ever had. We had about 500 people who attended on the day enjoying activities such as welly throwing, beat the goalie, a barbecue and face painting.
“Special thanks to Kirsty Hurst and Clare Patterson, who helped organise the fair.”
