TRAIN travellers are seeking Cheshire West and Chester Council support to get digital information screens for passengers installed at Frodsham and Helsby rail stations.
North Cheshire Rail Users Group say the stations are the only two on the local train line between Llandudno and Manchester without real-time information displays which are especially helpful on un-staffed stations such as Frodsham.
Frodsham Town Council and Helsby Parish Council are supporting the group in lobbying Cheshire West and Chester Council to provide match funding and work with Arriva Trains Wales to provide the facility.
