A 20-year-old woman has been charged with multiple offences after a single-vehicle collision in Frodsham on Saturday (December 3).

The crash involved a light blue Ford Focus and occurred at the junction of Princeway and Park Lane.

Police arrested and charged Connah Proudman, of Clifton Crescent, in relation to the incident following enquiries in the area.

Proudman is charged with aggravated vehicle-taking, driving without a valid driving licence, failing to report a collision and driving without insurance.

She has been released on conditional bail and is due to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on January 18, 2017.
