CAROL singing primary school pupils performed for Frodsham sheltered accommodation residents at Meadow Court on Tuesday.

Frodsham C of E Primary School pupils took part in the event at Weaver Vale Housing Trust’s Independent Living Scheme homes, organised by construction company Seddon which is building the nearby St Luke’s development on Ashton Drive.

“With Christmas almost here we thought it would be nice to bring older and younger people from the local area together for a festive celebration,” said Maggie Heap, community projects manager for Seddon.

“St Luke’s is a major development in Frodsham and as the main contractor we aim to play a positive role in the local community alongside Weaver Vale Housing Trust whenever possible, with a range of events and support for people of all ages throughout the year,” she added.

Meadow Court customers were also treated to mince pies and drinks in an afternoon of festivities.

The children were given a chocolate selection box, a Weaver Vale Housing Trust bag and scribble pad as a thank you for taking part.
