A FREE pole dancing taster sessions is up for grabs.
It will be run by Candy and Chrome at their Frodsham venue to allow women to try pole dancing as a way to keep fit for 2010.
Since starting lessons in early 2007 Candy and Chrome pole dancing lessons have become popular as a full body work out.
The business has now expanded into three venues across Chester and North Wales – the Crowne Plaza in Chester, Forest Hills Hotel in Frodsham and Ocean Tanning & Fitness Spa in Queensferry.
The session takes place tomorrow from 6-7pm at the Forest Hills Hotel.
