Two people were taken to hospital yesterday (November 23) following a four-vehicle crash in Blacon .

Cheshire Police and the North West Ambulance Service were called to Hillside Road shortly after 4.45pm after four cars, including a Fiat, a Polo and a BMW, collided.

Two men were taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital for an assessment and a woman, who was in shock following the crash, was treated at the scene.

A spokesman for Cheshire Police said nobody is believed to have been seriously injured.

A North West Ambulance Service spokesman said: “Two patients were taken to the Countess of Chester Hospital.

“One of the patients was reported to have sustained a head injury.

“One female was reported to be in shock and was treated at the scene.”
