Flights at Liverpool John Lennon and Manchester Airports are back to normal after thick fog caused delays on Monday morning (November 2).

Both departures and arrivals had been disrupted by poor visibility across the region.

The Met Office issued a severe weather warning yesterday about the fog.

Some delays are still outstanding, but flights on the schedule are now landing and leaving at the right time.

Passengers might still to check the status of their flight with their airline before leaving for the airport.
