Fears are growing for a missing woman from Tarporley .

Salene Craven, 40, has not been seen since Monday morning (May 16).

Her worried family reported her missing at 4.26pm the same day and Cheshire Police are making ‘every effort’ to trace her.

Salene has links to Lancashire and Morecambe, but could still be in the local area of Tarporley and Delamere - including the forest.

Inspector Chris Williams said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Salene’s welfare and would urge anyone who sees or has heard from Salene to contact police on 101.

“I would also appeal directly to Salene to let us know you are okay, your family are worried about you.”

Salene is described as 5ft 3in tall, white and of medium to large build with long, dark hair which she wears down.

She normally wears black leggings or black tracksuit bottoms and is possibly wearing a yellow top. Salene also usually wears pink shoes with a bow on them.

Anyone with any information is urged to call Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 593 of May 16.
