THE Rotary Club of Winsford & Middlewich is once again helping Santa travel around Winsford in the run up to Christmas.

Children in several parts of the town have already had a chance to see Father Christmas and Santa's float will continue on its travels throughout the week.

While Santa talks to the children, his snowmen helpers will be collecting money for local charities and giving out lollipops to the well behaved children - and grown-ups!

Santa's journey around Winsford is now an essential part of the lead-up to Christmas and something that everyone looks forward to.

Tonight (Wednesday) Santa will visit Fairways, Chester Road and Delamere Street and tomorrow (Thursday) he will travel to Nunhouse Drive, Crook Lane and Greville Drive. Queensway and Dene Drive better watch out on Friday night.

A spokesman said: 'We are honoured that Santa has once again asked the Rotary Club to help him carry out this very important duty.'
