A WIDNES youngster has been fronting a campaign to boost awareness of the debilitating condition cystic fibrosis.

Thomas Connors, seven, who suffers from the condition, will be stepping out with his sister Eve, mum and dad Vicky and Ian and

grandparents Richard and Susan Culver during the Crosby Seaside Amble to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

Cystic fibrosis is the UK's most common life threatening genetically inherited disease.
