Extensions agreed to two storey semi in Lache

EXTENSIONS have been agreed to a Chester property.

Applicant, Mr Robert Goodwin, told planning officers at Cheshire West and Chester Council he was seeking approval for a two-storey extension at the rear of 3 Circular Drive, Lache, and a first floor extension at the side. No objections were raised by neighbours.

Officers believed the extensions would not lead to any unacceptable loss of privacy, overshadowing or overlooking.
