TIME has been called on one of Chester’s best known solicitor practices, Steggles solicitors, which will close its doors for good on Friday, September 30.
Senior partner Sarah Jane Clutton said: “Steggles, in common with many smaller law practices, has felt the impact of the economic downturn and banking crisis to the extent that, with great regret and after much careful consideration, the decision has been made to close.
“Since the firm opened in 1972 it has built excellent relationships with clients, most of whom were referred by recommendation.”
“I would like to thank both clients and staff for their loyalty over almost 40 years and I wish them all the best for the future.”
Current clients of the practice will be contacted individually.
