DATES and times for the public inquiry into plans to erect a Windfarm on Frodsham Marshes have been revealed.

The inquiry into Peels application to build wind turbines on the Marshes will begin at 10am on November 22 at the Holiday Inn, on Wood Lane, Runcorn.

Inspector Philip Major will lead the inquiry which is scheduled to last 16 days as witnesses for Peel and the local community are called.

The days scheduled for the inquiry are:

November 22-25

November 29 - December 2

December 6-7

December 13-15

December 20-22

Representatives will be called from Cheshire West and Chester Council, Peel, Residents Against the Windfarm (RAW), Helsby Parish Council and Airbus. In addition MP for Weaver Vale Graham Evans and Frodshams Major Cllr Andrew Dawson will represent local residents.

The inquiry will run from 10am to 5pm every day, with a lunch break between 1pm and 2pm.

Residential amenity (noise, vibration and flicker)
