CRICKETER Freddie Flintoff was among the guests at a charity event at the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel.
The sportsman’s dinner was held in aid of children’s charity Wooden Spoon, which supports disadvantaged children across the UK and Ireland.
Among the 40 invited guests were former England rugby league player Andy Gregory, former England rugby union players Simon Halliday and Chris Sheasby, Samantha Brook-Chrispin of Seabrook Crisps.
They were treated to a three-course meal in the Mediterranean-style Ciro’s Brasserie.
There was an after-dinner raffle and a silent auction included cricket bats signed by Freddie.
