A chimney stack collapsed on to a Boughton footpath this morning (Thursday, February 13).
Bricks and debris were strewn onto the pavement outside Hair Craft Studio on Boughton.
Police attended the scene at about 12pm and cordoned off part of the pavement.
Lane one of the road is closed while the area is made safe.
Highways officers from Cheshire West and Chester Council have been called to attend.
