A CHESTER veterinary centre enjoyed a fun afternoon recently with its open day and tea party.
Visitors to the centre met rescued rabbits, greyhounds, guide dogs and guide dog puppies.
Animal charities and experts were in attendance, including representatives from Chester Cat Care, Greyhound Rescue North West, Train your K9 and pet grooming specialists K9 to 5.
A raffle held on the day raised more than £40, and all donations went to help Chester Cat Care, Blue Cross and the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.
Vets4Pets has also had success in its appeal to find a home for three-legged stray cat Jeeves, and staff are confident he has found a new home.
