Chester and Ellesmere Port are among the luckiest places to live in the country, according to the National Lottery.

Forty-six millionaires have been created in the CH postcode area since the draw began in 1994, equating to more than one millionaire being made every six months.

An impressive 418 people whose addresses feature the CH code have won major prizes of more than £50,000.

Now the postcode is the 30th luckiest area out of 121 postcodes.

To celebrate, the National Lottery gave passengers travelling to and from Chester a complimentary taste of the luxury lifestyle.
