A motorcyclist has been airlifted to hospital following a road smash at the A55 Posthouse Roundabout at Eccleston this afternoon (Monday September 15).
Police and air ambulance were called to the scene at 12.38pm on the southerly bypass following reports of a collision involving a motorcycle and a car.
The male motorcyclist was airlifted to Aintree hospital but injuries have not yet been confirmed.
