WOULDN’T it be loverly to join Chester Operatic Society for their next production?

Following the success of Fiddler on the Roof earlier this year the society is now holding open auditions for the classic musical My Fair Lady.

The auditions for all parts, including that of Eliza Doolittle which was played by Audrey Hepburn in the 1964 film, will be held on Sunday, January 9 at 2pm at The United Reformed Church in Handbridge.

The show will go on at The William Aston Hall Theatre in Wrexham from May 24-28.

Chester Operatic is a member of the National Operatic and Dramatic Association (NODA) and welcomes performers of all ages. Anyone wishing to help with costumes, scenery, marketing or front of house will also be welcome.

Rehearsals take place on Thursday evenings and Mondays when required and a high degree of commitment and enthusiasm is expected in the run up to the show.
