CHESTER MP Christine Russell is not affected by Prime Minister Gordon Brown’s reshuffle.
The MP is parliamentary private secretary to children’s and families’ minister Beverley Hughes.
The minister continues as part of Ed Balls’ team at Westminster.
Mrs Hughes, brought up in Ellesmere Port, is also regional minister for the north west.
